Put all your contacts, (phone & email) and calendar into Gmail, disable the Apple Contacts and sync to Gmail. i.e. just use 1 database on your pc and phone, don’t use the Apple Contact db. Everything you have in your Google db will auto sync to the iPhone calendar, contacts and email addresses.
